Prefer a chat? Our WhatsApp number is Phone. It is the quickest channel for short questions about a guide, a contractor quote that looks wrong, or a correction you want to flag right away.
The number is monitored Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Jakarta time (GMT+7). Outside those hours, leave a message and we will reply on the next business day. For detailed corrections or material with photos and documents, email is still better because we can keep a record. We never use WhatsApp for marketing messages.

Tips: the product or material name and where you bought it. Corrections: the page URL and a photo if you have one. Pitches: your trade, the topic and a link to earlier work.
Response times
Most emails get a reply within one business day. Corrections and factual challenges come first, because a wrong number is worse than a slow reply. Tips are read but may not get an individual answer if we already have coverage planned. If you do not hear back within three working days, send a short reminder to the same address. For press and sourcing standards we trust the Society of Professional Journalists as a reference.
